My next event of 2018 is just a few weeks away (April 27-29) at Road Atlanta for the classic "The Mitty" historic sportscar weekend. I'll be racing a Mazda MX-5 with Casey Carden Motorsports in the WeatherTech Sprint Series and the B.R.M. Chronographes Endurance Challenge as well.
This will be my fourth Mitty, my first being in 2015 in a Volkswagen Rabbit. We won our class numerous times and last year managed to get a second overall in Group 2 in the WeatherTech Sprint Series thanks to heavy rain and being in a front wheel drive car that loved the conditions.
If you've never been it's a weekend worth coming to. There's loads of activities in the infield and on-track. It's good fun for the whole family, even those who aren't necessarily motorsport fans still have a good time.
